New device not working

Please check carefully if you have entered the configuration correctly. It is also important not to mix up the gateway and IP address!

If you have misplaced the e-mail with your configuration, you can write to your lan-tutors. They will send you the information.

Non-first time devices may often not be recognized by the system and therefore not get permission. In such cases, please contact your lan-tutors so that they can unlock the device for you.
