Connection blocked
If your connection has been blocked, you will usually be notified by e-mail. This message will explain why the connection has been blocked (e.g. due to security issues, misuse or other violations).
What to do next?
To have the block lifted, you must contact the lan tutors at your accomodation directly. They can assist you in resolving the issue.
Without feedback from the lan tutors, the connection will remain blocked.
