Checking the configurations
Please check carefully that you have entered the configuration correctly. It is also important not to mix up the gateway and IP addresses! If you have misplaced the email with your configuration, you can write to your network tutor. They will then send you the information.
Non-first-time devices
Devices that are not being used for the first time are often not recognised by the system and therefore do not receive permission. In such cases, please contact your network tutor so that they can activate the device for you.
Scheduled maintenance work
Please also check your emails to see if any maintenance work on the network has been announced. If this is the case, you will simply have to wait.
